Orionplacement is looking for a finance professional in Minneapolis, MN to manage complex commercial finance transactions. You will represent institutional clients, analyze bankruptcy considerations, and collaborate with colleagues.

Location

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Phoenix, Arizona; or Minneapolis, Minnesota — Hybrid schedule with three days per week in the office, supporting collaboration and flexibility.

Note

This role requires an active bar license in the office location selected and a minimum of 3 years of directly relevant commercial finance transactional experience.

• Excellent academic credentials with strong writing and analytical skills
• Active bar license in PA, AZ, or MN depending on office location
• Experience with workouts, restructuring, M&A, or private equity is a plus
