Job summary

Braman Termite & Pest Elimination is seeking an Experienced Commercial Sales Representative to grow our presence across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. This field role involves meeting business owners, inspecting properties, and delivering tailored pest-control solutions.

Based out of Auburn, MA, you’ll cover Central and Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island with a base plus uncapped commissions and paid training, plus a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Outside Sales experience.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage your own territory.
• Strong communication & relationship-building skills.
• Willing to obtain pest control license (training provided).
• Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers face-to-face.
• Inspect commercial properties and identify pest control needs.
• Build customized solutions not one-size-fits-all.
• Prospect new business via calls, visits, networking, referrals.
• Manage proposals, pricing, and follow-ups.
• Build long-term client relationships.
• Partner with operations and service teams to deliver results.
