Job summary

Braman Termite & Pest Elimination is seeking an Experienced Commercial Sales Representative to grow our Western Massachusetts presence. You’ll be in the field meeting business owners, inspecting properties, and delivering tailored pest-control solutions rather than a one-size-fits-all pitch.

You’ll manage your own territory, develop relationships, and drive revenue with paid training, a company vehicle, and uncapped commissions. OTE ranges from $50k to $110k+ depending on performance.

Braman Termite & Pest Elimination is looking for an Experienced Commercial Sales Representative to grow our presence across Western Massachusetts. This isn’t a sit-behind-a-desk role—you’ll be in the field building relationships, solving real problems, and driving revenue.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to obtain required pest control licensing (training and support provided)
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening (we do not test for THC or marijuana)

What You’ll Earn

• $1,000 base pay a week while in the training phase *able to earn commission during training if applicable
• After training: $800-$1000 base pay a week + uncapped commission
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $50,000-$110,000+
• Actual earnings vary based on individual performance and sales results

Essential Physical Functions Of The Role

This position requires the ability to safely perform essential job duties in a variety of environments. The employee must be able to:

• Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory and safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods
• Enter, exit, and move through commercial buildings and job sites
• Sit, stand, and walk for extended periods during the workday
• Climb stairs and navigate uneven or varying property conditions
• Bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, and work in tight or confined spaces as part of inspections and service evaluations
• Work in indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to varying weather conditions
• Safely perform job responsibilities in active commercial settings such as offices, retail spaces, warehouses, and industrial facilities
