Industrial Tent Systems LLC in Houston is seeking a Commercial Field Installer- Supervisor to lead field crews on medium-scale projects, coordinate daily site operations, ensure safety compliance, and maintain quality and client communication from start to finish.

This role emphasizes crew leadership, OSHA 30, and relevant certifications, with on-site supervision, reporting, and collaboration with management to schedule materials and resolve on-site issues.

Formación

• 3–5 years of field installation experience with crew leadership.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay composed under pressure.
• Proficiency with digital tools for reporting and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and direct field crew (Technicians I, II, and III) on active job sites
• Plan daily work activities, assign tasks, and monitor crew performance
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients and management
• Enforce all ITS safety policies and maintain OSHA compliance on site
• Conduct pre-job safety briefings and daily toolbox talks
• Review and approve daily reports, timesheets, and site documentation
• Coordinate with management on scheduling, materials, and equipment needs
• Identify and resolve on-site issues using sound judgment
• Evaluate technician performance and provide real-time coaching and feedback
• Ensure all work meets ITS quality standards and client expectations
• Utilize technology tools for documentation and reporting

Overview Role Summary:

The Field Supervisor manages field crews and daily job site operations for medium-scale projects. This role is responsible for crew performance, client communication, safety compliance, scheduling, and delivering projects on time and to quality standards. Compensation transitions to salary at this level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and direct field crew (Technicians I, II, and III) on active job sites

Requirements

Qualifications

• Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and accountability

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Certifications

• Valid CDL or ability to obtain (preferred)
