Qualifications

• Able to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays; overtime may be required.
• Excellent communication and prioritization skills.
• Proficient in Windows XP, MS Excel, and MS Outlook; able to learn Kroger mainframe applications.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleaning drains, valve repair and replacements in toilets.
• Repair and install commercial water heaters and other plumbing tasks as needed.
• Complete and submit accurate time reporting and vehicle inventory by scheduled dates via company computer programs.
• Perform preventive maintenance in assigned stores at least twice per year.
• Ensure maintenance expenses meet annual budget guidelines.
