The candidate will handle repairs, read plans, coordinate with stakeholders, and maintain records, with emphasis on safety and compliance in a dynamic, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• General maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of building infrastructure.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and maintenance docs.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs+ and perform demanding tasks.
• Basic math and numerical skills for measurements and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the property and grounds.
• Complete routine, preventative, and emergency repairs, and maintain repair records.
• Repair and maintain building structures, including walls, roofs, glass, siding, and related components.
• Review work orders, estimate materials and labor, and order supplies as required.
• Read blueprints, drawings, and maintenance documentation to perform tasks accurately.
• Coordinate with occupants and stakeholders to understand repair needs.
• Maintain tools and equipment for safe operation; respond to emergencies as needed.
