Job summary

GlobalFoundries in Austin is seeking a Commercial Excellence Intern to gain hands-on experience supporting GF's global partner program by analyzing business data, improving processes, creating training materials and supporting partner performance reviews. The intern will use AI-assisted tools and own one or two well-defined projects from planning through final presentation.

Role requires 40 hours per week, a sophomore or higher student in a related field with a 3.0+ GPA, and strong English

Qualifications

• Sophomore or above pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in a related field with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Availability to work at least 40 hours per week during the internship.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize and review partner and sales data using Excel and AI-assisted tools.
• Interview stakeholders and create simple process maps and job aids.
• Support improvements to the partner web portal by documenting needs and testing updates.
• Research potential partners and summarize findings for team decisions.
• Prepare insights, presentations and summaries for leadership updates and reviews.
• Own a defined project from start to finish and present results.
