Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial estimating or project management.
• Experience with estimating software and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform bid services and prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial clients.
• Conduct site visits, assessments, and reviews of bid documents.
• Manage the proposal process from start to finish.
• Review Zoho or designated database for new bid requests.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate labor, materials, and subcontractor services needed for repairs or improvements.
• Prepare fair and accurate cost analyses and pricing proposals.
