Job summary

Neverman Floor Artisans in Central Illinois is seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial flooring projects from kickoff to completion. You will interact with Architects, Designers, Contractors and end users, manage construction documents, take-offs, estimates, and proposals to advance projects.

You'll monitor multiple jobs, track progress and profitability, and strive to meet or exceed sales goals. Proficiency with MS Office and estimating tools (RFMS a plus) is preferred; strong

As one of our project managers you will interact with Architects, Designers, Contractors, and end users in addition to our team.

Responsibilities

• Interpret construction documents and perform material take offs
• Compile material costs and estimate
• Create and send project proposals
• Initiative to follow up with clients and close the sale
• Create and maintain customer relationships
• Create and maintain job files
• Perform project management duties from start to finish
• Monitor job progress and profits
• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Develop new clientsMeet with clients as needed
• Manage multiple projects at once
