Qualifications

• 10+ years in ground-up commercial construction or related field.
• Strong ability to read drawings and specifications and interpret contracts.
• Proficient in MS Office and Procore with good documentation practices.

Responsabilités

• Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force.
• Inspect contractor or sub-contractor operations for contract compliance.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external clients.
• Conduct quality inspections and coordinate site testing.
• Manage schedules and prepare detailed short-term plans.
• Prepare and submit daily reports; participate in project meetings.

Job Details

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force
• Inspection of Contractor or (Sub)Contract operations to ensure compliance with Contract
• Maintain good relationships with internal & external clients
• Conduct quality inspections
• Coordinate site testing and inspection efforts
• Manage schedules, including preparation of detailed short-term schedules
• Prepare and submit Superintendent's Daily Reports
• Attend and participate in project meetings, including subcontractor meetings

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products
• Knowledge of Procore
• Excellent written, oral communications and management skills
• Strong ability to read drawings and specifications
• Functions effectively as part of a team
• Exhibits strong leadership qualities
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
• Strong decision making/problem solving skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Thorough knowledge of subcontract language

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• 10 years experience in ground-up construction
• OSHA 10 Certification required OSHA 30 Certification preferred
• First Aid/CPR certification
• Mass Supervisors License or equivalent
• Bachelors' degree in Construction Management
• Safety standards knowledge and enforcement
