Jobot is seeking a Senior Commercial Estimator for on-site work in Navilleton, IN. The role focuses on ground-up commercial projects across labs, education, healthcare, and warehousing, with a family-oriented GC culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in ground-up commercial construction or related field.
• Strong ability to read drawings and specifications and interpret contracts.
• Proficient in MS Office and Procore with good documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force.
• Inspect contractor or sub-contractor operations for contract compliance.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external clients.
• Conduct quality inspections and coordinate site testing.
• Manage schedules and prepare detailed short-term plans.
• Prepare and submit daily reports; participate in project meetings.
