Godot Consulting Group in Houston seeks an experienced Sr Commercial Escrow Officer to manage commercial escrow operations and relationships with brokers and clients. The role requires attention to detail, organizational excellence, and the ability to handle multi-state transactions while providing high-quality service.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of Commercial Escrow experience and will leverage modern title production procedures and technology in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of Commercial Escrow experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Establish new commercial accounts.
• Maintain escrow records and files and act as escrow agent.
• Manage a portfolio of assigned commercial customers and brokers with strong customer service and referrals.
• Maintain records in the escrow accounting system and customer database.
• Review escrow reports against escrow records to ensure accuracy of posted escrow transactions.
• Capable of managing multi-state and multi-site transactions.

A dynamic, well run Title Insurance company in the Houston market has a new opportunity for an experienced Sr Commercial Escrow Officer. Highly experienced Residential Escrow Officers (with mixed commercial experience) looking to make a move into the commercial space are encouraged to apply as are Sr Commercial Real Estate Paralegals. Commercial Escrow Officer

• Responsible for establishing new commercial accounts
• Maintain escrow records and files and acts as escrow agent
• Responsible for managing a portfolio of assigned commercial customers and brokers. Provides high level of customer service and develops ongoing referrals from existing customers and brokers
• Maintain records in the escrow accounting system and customer database
• Reviews escrow reports against escrow records to ensure accuracy of posted escrow transactions
• Capable of managing multi-state and multi-site transactions

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
