Your mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset will shine as you manage a wide variety of service calls for a growing branch.What You’ll TackleInstall, troubleshoot, and repair commercial doors, docks, and hardware using the right tools and techniques.Diagnose and resolve issues such as broken springs, hinges, locks, and electrical components; welding training available if you want to learn.Set up and calibrate locks, handles, closers, low-voltage components, and access control systems.Deliver work that meets safety and building code requirements and Vortex quality standards.Engage customers with clear explanations, answer questions, and propose cost-effective solutions.Document service visits, repairs, and installs thoroughly and submit required reports.Perform quality checks to ensure long-lasting, safe operation.Why You’ll Love Working HereHiring bonus: Up to $10,000 with commercial or industrial door experience required.
