Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Entry Door Technician in Santa Fe, NM to install and repair commercial entry doors and hardware, delivering safe, quality workmanship and strong customer service as part of a team.

No prior experience is required; paid training is provided and the company offers a truck and fuel coverage after training. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude is desirable.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds safely.
• Occasional travel for out-of-town work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Install and/or repair a wide range of commercial entry doors and door hardware.
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services.
• Track and maintain job related paperwork and submit in a timely manner.
• Operate in a safety-conscious manner at all times while performing job duties.
• Other duties as assigned.

Commercial Entry Door Technicians - Overhead Door Company of Santa Fe, a DH Pace Company, Inc.

This Entry Door Technician will be responsible for providing safe and accurate installation of doors and hardware, industry-leading customer service, and a commitment to quality workmanship in a team-based environment. If you've worked as a general laborer, carpenter, field technician, mechanic, glazer, or in any skilled trade — we want to talk!

What You’ll Do

• Install and/or repair a wide range of commercial entry doors and door hardware
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services
• Track and maintain job related paperwork and submitting in a timely manner
• Operate in safety conscious manner at all times while performing job duties
• Other duties as assigned

What You Bring

• High School Diploma/GED (Preferred)
• Prior experience in a similar role or one that required a mechanical aptitude preferred
• Ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds
• Ability to work at heights and use a ladder
• Must possess valid driver’s license and good driving record
• May require some travel for out-of-town work
