Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is hiring an Entry Door Technician for Overhead Door Company of Kansas City to service entry doors and hardware across customer sites. You will troubleshoot, work with minimal supervision, and must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

The role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds. Prior experience in construction or skilled trades is helpful; commercial door or welding experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to safely lift 100 pounds overhead.
• Commercial door experience and welding experience is a plus but not required.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Experience in construction, as a general laborer, service technician, installer, carpenter, mechanic, assembly worker, or any skilled trade is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Service all products, to include doors and dock equipment cleanly and accurately.
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services.
• Tracking and maintaining job related paperwork and submitting in a timely manner.
• Always operating in safety conscious manner while performing job duties.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
