Meet Life Sciences is seeking a Commercial Engagement Manager to partner with pharmaceutical brands and marketing teams. You will manage relationships, translate objectives into production briefs, and coordinate HTML asset delivery while collaborating with product, engineering, and design to shape the platform’s future.

You’ll guide multi-client engagements, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and compliance, with opportunities to contribute to scalable processes as the organization grows.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a client-facing role within pharmaceutical marketing or related fields.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities for multi-project delivery.
• Exposure to pharmaceutical marketing, MLR, brand planning, or commercial operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for pharmaceutical brand and marketing teams.
• Translate customer marketing objectives into clear production briefs and HTML assets.
• Coordinate delivery of assets and manage timelines across client engagements.
• Review deliverables for quality and MLR readiness before client delivery.
• Support strategic customer engagements, including brand planning sessions.
• Help build scalable processes and playbooks as the team grows.
