  • Calendars, Technology, Tools, and AI Governance. Own the Commercial Learning Editorial Calendar and Master Calendar. Govern the enablement technology stack, administer approved tools, identify automation opportunities, evaluate emerging technologies, coordinate pilots, develop business cases and ROI recommendations, document standards, and support team adoption.

  • Experience administering program governance, intake processes, operating systems, measurement plans, SharePoint, or content-management standards.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, project-management tools, reporting platforms, learning technologies, and AI-enabled productivity solutions preferred.
  • Strong program and project management skills, including translating requirements into clear plans, milestones, owners, deliverables, and measures of success.
