Job summary

Heartflow seeks a Manager, Commercial Enablement & Strategy to bridge commercial leadership, the field, and corporate functions. You will own the strategy, tools, playbooks, and processes that accelerate adoption of the Heartflow platform, focusing on Plaque Analysis and FFRCT Analysis, with success measured by utilization and commercial outcomes.

The role requires an MBA, 5+ years in commercial strategy or related fields, and on-site work at our CA offices.

Qualifications

• MBA from an accredited institution is required.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in commercial strategy or related fields.
• Experience developing go-to-market strategies and supporting product launches.

Responsibilities

• Market strategy and segmentation to drive physician adoption and demand.
• Build commercial playbooks, account plans, and value materials.
• Own enablement roadmap for new products, features, and indications.
• Conduct field engagement to validate strategies and gather feedback.
• Drive CRM evolution to improve usability and performance visibility.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and forecasting with Revenue Operations.
• Evaluate pricing, contracting frameworks, and sales productivity.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Medical Education, and Commercial Operations.
• Track market trends and bring field feedback into strategy and tools.
• Ensure enablement materials meet regulatory and stakeholder requirements.
