Randall Construction seeks a skilled Commercial Electrician with Low Voltage Controls in Orlando, FL to install, maintain, and repair fire alarm systems and related control equipment across Central Florida. Expect conduit installation, wiring, and low-voltage work, with a focus on safety and compliance.

The role requires 3+ years of electrical experience, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to work independently and communicate effectively with clients and teammates.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fully fluent in English. (Speaking, Writing, Reading)
• Minimum 3 years (or formal education equivalent) of electrical experience (120v), installation (Rough in, Conduit installation (Bending EMT), Wiring).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Controls installation and troubleshooting is a plus.
• Fire alarm installation and troubleshooting is a plus.
• Own and safely use hand and power tools and electrical tools (e.g. Drill, Impact, Multimeter, Hi/Low Voltage Detector, etc.)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Good communication and customer service skills. You will be the face and voice of the company when working in the field.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks on the job site.
• OSHA 10 / 30 Certification (Is a plus, not required)

Mansioni

• Installation of electrical conduits, bending EMT, installation of junction boxes and related tasks for Rough In and pulling wires.
• Installation of enclosure, panel boxes/cabinets, raceways, etc.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, assessment information (panels and devices brands and models).
• Collaborate with contractors, electricians, and building officials during installations or renovations.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal fire safety regulations.
• Installation of field devices for fire alarm and building automation systems (e.g., smoke detectors, pull stations, control panels).
• Diagnose system malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or upgrades.
• Identify preventive maintenance and service.
• Discuss and coordinate with team and client on site.
