Backbay Commercial Electric LLC is seeking an experienced commercial electrician to join our team. The role focuses on installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in commercial buildings while adhering to NEC standards and safety protocols.

Ideal candidates have PLC experience and a strong ability to read blueprints and schematics. A valid US driver’s license is required to work on sites in Lee, Hendry, and Collier counties.

Qualifications

• Three years of lead electrician experience in a commercial setting.
• Install, maintain and repair electrical systems in commercial buildings.
• Work with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automated systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical equipment using tools like ohmmeters and power tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Backbay Commercial Electric LLC is looking for experienced commercial electricians to add to our team! We are a local electrical contractor doing work in Lee, Hendry, & Collier County.

What we are looking for:

• Three years prior experience as a lead electrician.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial buildings
• Work with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to ensure proper functionality of automated systems.
• Conduct troubleshooting on electrical equipment and systems using tools such as ohmmeters and power tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine layout and installation procedures.
• Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) during all installations and repairs.
• Collaborate with other trades on construction sites to complete projects efficiently.
• Strong understanding of high voltage systems and low voltage applications.
• Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety protocols.
• A valid drivers license with authority to work in the US.
