Job summary

NEXT Electric, LLC in New Berlin, Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Commercial Electrician to install, alter, add and repair electrical systems for commercial projects. You will work with conductors, equipment and drawings to deliver safe, code-compliant solutions.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of commercial electrical experience, NEC knowledge, the ability to read blueprints, and a Wisconsin license or eligibility. We offer competitive pay, strong benefits, and a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial electrical experience.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Wisconsin Registered Electrician license.
• Knowledge of NEC and electrical theory.
• Experience reading construction drawings and blueprints.
• OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain.
• 70E awareness training preferred, not required.
• Background check, drug test, and MVR may be required.

Job Summary

• Performs installations, alterations, additions and/or repairs of electrical systems, conductors and associated materials and equipment within the commercial electrical construction industry.
• Completes other duties as directed by supervisor.
• Complies with all company and customer safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 2 or more years recent commercial electrical experience
• Ability to obtain/maintain Wisconsin Registered Electrician license
• Knowledge of NEC and Electrical Theory
• Experience reading construction drawings and blueprints
• OSHA 10 or ability to obtain
• 70E NFP Certification or related awareness training preferred, not required
• Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, drug test, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
