Job summary

NEXT Electric, LLC is seeking a full-time Commercial Journeyman Electrician in Madison, Wisconsin. The role involves performing a variety of electrical work to meet customer specifications and local codes, while supervising and training other workers on site.

Qualified candidates have 6+ years of electrical experience and hold a Wisconsin journeyman or master electrician license, with NEC knowledge and blueprint-reading skills. OSHA 10 is preferred or obtainable, with CDL optional.

Qualifications

• 6 or more years of recent electrical experience.
• Wisconsin journeyman or master electrician license required.
• Knowledge of NEC and electrical theory.
• Experience reading construction drawings/blueprints.
• OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain.
• 70E NFP certification or related awareness training preferred, not required.
• CDL preferred, not required.
• Successfully pass pre-employment background check, drug test, and MVR as required.
