Job summary

NEXT Electric, LLC seeks a full-time Commercial Electrician in New Berlin, Wisconsin. The role covers installations, alterations, additions and repairs of electrical systems within the commercial construction industry.

You will read blueprints, follow NEC guidelines, and uphold safety policies. Candidates should have at least 2 years of commercial electrical experience and be eligible for a Wisconsin Registered Electrician license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent commercial electrical experience.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Wisconsin Registered Electrician license.
• Knowledge of NEC and electrical theory.
• Experience reading construction drawings and blueprints.
• OSHA 10 or ability to obtain.
• 70E NFPA certification or related awareness training preferred, not required.
• Pass pre-employment background check, drug test, and MVR check when operating vehicles is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs installations, alterations, additions and/or repairs of electrical systems, conductors and associated materials and equipment within the commercial electrical construction industry.
• Completes other duties as directed by supervisor.
• Complies with all company and customer safety policies and procedures.
