Essential Functions
  • Manage financials, planning, and resource allocation to minimize financial risks
  • Oversee technician gainshare payout
  • Supervise van stock setup, procurement, and tracking of materials
  • Identify problems early and communicate with stakeholders to protect quality and financial interests
  • Conduct post-mortem reviews for projects deviating 5-10% from expected margins
  • Review work orders weekly to monitor installation quality and customer satisfaction
  • Review and approve submittals before client submission
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback
  • Coordinate scheduling and site compliance with customers and technicians
  • Assist with design/build activities as needed
  • Provide accurate project information for initialization and completion
  • Ensure permits, licenses, and inspections are completed
  • Schedule weekly activities for personnel
  • Identify material needs and coordinate timely delivery
  • Support on-site problem-solving
  • Prepare project status reports and schedules
  • Handle change order requests and ensure timely punch list completion
  • Manage submission of as-built drawings
  • Respond promptly to employee concerns
  • Verify accuracy of field reports before submission
  • Attend project meetings as required
  • Assist in business development activities
Working Conditions
  • Office environment and regular site visits
  • Work in various weather conditions
  • Use of PPE and sanitary facilities
  • Repetitive motions and physical activity, including lifting up to 15 pounds
  • Work hours include 8-hour days, overtime, and night shifts
Skills and Requirements
  • High school diploma; technical training or Construction Management degree preferred
  • 1-2 years experience in a senior technician role
  • Excellent knowledge of electrical systems and NEC
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities under pressure
  • Effective management and scheduling skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to relocate to Sarasota, FL, or ability to work there
Physical Demands

This position requires sitting, standing, repetitive motions, speaking, listening, and occasional lifting up to 15 pounds. Site visits are necessary, navigating various environments.
