Job summary

Mechanical Partners inc. is seeking a Commercial Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial electrical projects.

The role requires a valid Texas Journeymen Electrician License and entails coordinating crews, resources, and safety programs to deliver projects on schedule and within budget. You will develop and mentor field staff, ensure compliance with codes and company standards, and work with project managers and customers to maintain strong relations.

Qualifications

• Texas Journeymen Electrician License is required.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (subject to change).
• Experience with commercial electrical projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, schedule, and oversee electrical construction projects to ensure completion on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and direct electrical field personnel across multiple projects.
• Monitor progress, productivity, and costs to identify efficiency improvements and avoid delays.
