Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Experience with estimating processes and MS Office.
• Familiarity with electrical systems and codes beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans, specs, and bid documents.
• Perform quantity takeoffs for electrical systems.
• Develop labor, material, and equipment cost estimates.
• Solicit and evaluate vendor/subcontractor quotes.
• Build project estimates using estimating software.
• Prepare bid packages and proposals.
• Evaluate project risk, schedule, and profitability.
• Identify value engineering opportunities.
