Job summary

CyberCoders, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator in Kansas City, MO to produce competitive cost estimates for commercial electrical projects. You will analyze drawings, perform take-offs, prepare proposals, and collaborate with project teams and subcontractors to support bids and budgeting.

• Experience with electrical estimating software (Accubid/Trimble)
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and cost drivers

Responsibilities

• Review drawings and specs to identify scope for commercial electrical projects.
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs and material cost estimates.
• Prepare and submit bid packages and supporting documents for projects.
• Develop cost models, labor rates, and pricing assemblies.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor quotes and manage supplier pricing.
• Coordinate with project managers and procurement to clarify scope and value-engineering options.
• Ensure bids meet internal standards and deadlines
