Stax Inc. is seeking a Commercial Due Diligence Senior Consultant to lead and deliver due diligence engagements for corporate and private-equity transactions. You will analyze markets and customer dynamics while preparing investment-committee-ready findings to help clients make informed decisions.

Empowered from day one, you will work in a hybrid model, attending in-person three days a week in NYC or a client site. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree and 3–5+ years in relevant roles.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in commercial due diligence, strategy consulting, or private equity-related roles.
• Experience supporting M&A or private equity transactions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, transaction-oriented environment.
