Job summary

Stax Inc. is seeking a Commercial Due Diligence Consultant to engage with leading private equity firms and corporate clients. This role involves supporting buy-side and sell-side engagements while analyzing commercial opportunities and assessing market risks.

You will collaborate within a team to draft diligence reports and prepare concise findings for client presentations. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree and possess 2–4+ years of relevant experience, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

In-person attendance is required three days a week in the office or at client sites, aligning with the firm’s hybrid work model.

Qualifications
