Ideal candidates will read schematics and blueprints, communicate effectively with clients and team members, and guide contractors through the bid process while ensuring contract compliance and high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Commercial drywall construction background.
• Strong communication skills in person, verbal, and written.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Demonstrated customer service orientation and sales capacity.
• Experience reading schematics/blueprints and using estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver presentations.
• Develop and present building estimates and feasibility studies.
• Read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
• Negotiate and manage contractual arrangements.
• Provide technical guidance to architects/engineers.
• Maintain knowledge of building components and life cycles.
