Precision Walls is seeking a Sales/Estimator to join our team in a dynamic, growth-focused environment. You will develop and present building estimates, read blueprints, and provide technical guidance to architects and engineers while driving customer relationships and project wins.

The role emphasizes teamwork, effective communication, and mastery of estimating tools to prepare accurate feasibility studies and cost analyses for drywall construction projects.

Qualifications

• Commercial drywall construction background is preferred.
• Strong communication skills (in-person, verbal, written).
• Experience with estimating software such as Quick Bid/On-Screen Takeoff.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively as part of a team and understand sales and negotiating techniques.
• Develop and deliver presentations.
• Develop and present building estimates and feasibility studies.
• Read schematics, blueprints, and/or technical manuals.
• Provide technical guidance to architects, structural engineers, and contractors.
