DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager who specializes in doors, frames, and hardware for commercial construction in the Port St. Lucie, Florida office.

You will ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget by planning, directing, and coordinating activities across data centers, schools, and hospitals. The role requires reviewing plans, coordinating staff, and managing resources. A bachelor's degree is preferred with 2+ years of project/budget experience; Procore

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with minimum two years’ project and budget experience.
• Detail-oriented with ability to read technical documents and blueprints.
• Proficient with Windows-based programs; ERP/CRM; Excel; preference for Procore.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to determine materials, schedule, budget parameters, staffing requirements and resources for project phases.
• Discuss and establish work plan outline with staff; assign duties, scope of authority and provide technical advice/troubleshooting.
• Direct and coordinate activities to ensure project is on schedule and within budgeted scope; review status reports and make changes as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
