Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. in Omaha, NE is hiring Commercial Door Service Technicians to install, service, and maintain a wide variety of commercial doors and related hardware.

Starting wage trainee $26.00 per hour with a $2,000 sign-on bonus for candidates with 5 years of verifiable experience; company truck, fuel, paid training, and tool/boot allowances are provided. Full benefits and overtime opportunities available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in commercial doors or related fields is highly desired.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds safely.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install and/or repair a variety of commercial doors and hardware, including roll-up doors (dock doors), dock equipment, high-speed rolling doors, commercial entry doors, and automatic pedestrian doors.
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services
• Track and maintain job-related paperwork, submitting it accurately and on time.
• Always adhere to safety protocols and operate in a safe and responsible manner.
• Other duties may be assigned
