Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking Entry Door Service Technicians to service and repair a variety of commercial doors and hardware in Topeka and surrounding areas.

The role includes work on dock doors, high-speed rolling doors, and entry doors, with paid training and opportunities to advance within a 100-year-old family-owned company. We provide a company truck, fuel coverage, tool and boot allowances, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to safely lift up to 100 lbs.
• Comfort working at heights and using a ladder.
• Mechanical, carpentry, or service-industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and/or repair a wide range of commercial door and door hardware including roll up doors, dock doors, and entry doors.
• Identify opportunities to recommend products and services to customers.
• Maintain accurate job-related paperwork.
• Operate safely and professionally on every job site.

Skills

Safe lifting up to 100 lbs

Valid driver’s license

Mechanical experience

Carpentry experience

Education
