Job summary

DH Pace Company, a family-owned and privately held leader in door and security solutions, is hiring Commercial Door Technicians to install, service, and maintain a wide range of commercial doors and related hardware in Omaha, NE. Starting wage for trainees is $26.00 per hour, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

We offer commission for parts sales, a company truck, gas card, tool and boot allowance, and overtime opportunities. Training is available for unexperienced candidates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar role is highly desired.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds safely and work at heights, including using ladders.
• A valid driver's license and a good driving record are required.

Responsibilities

• Install and/or repair a variety of commercial doors and hardware, including dock doors, high-speed rolling doors, entry doors, and automatic pedestrian doors.
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services.
• Track and maintain job-related paperwork, submitting it accurately and on time.
• Adhere to safety protocols and operate in a safe and responsible manner.
• Other duties may be assigned.
