Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking Commercial Door Technicians in the Tacoma, WA area. You will be responsible for the repair and/or installation of a variety of building materials, commercial doors, and door hardware.

Prior experience as a general laborer, carpenter, field technician, mechanic, glazer, or in any skilled trade is welcomed. The role includes installing/repairing doors, identifying customer opportunities, and maintaining safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Experience in a role requiring mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to work at heights and use a ladder.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install and/or repair a wide range of commercial doors and door hardware.
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services.
• Operate in a safety-conscious manner at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking Commercial Door Technicians in the Tacoma, WA area. In this position, you will be responsible for the repair and/or installation of a variety of building materials, commercial doors, and door hardware. If you've worked as a general laborer, carpenter, field technician, mechanic, glazer, or in any skilled trade — we want to talk!

What You'll Do

• Install and/or repair a wide range of commercial door and door hardware including roll up doors also known as dock doors, dock equipment, high speed rolling doors and commercial entry doors
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services
• Operate in safety conscious manner at all times while performing job duties
• Other duties as assigned

What You Bring

• High School Diploma/GED (Preferred)
• Experience in a similar role or one that required a mechanical aptitude preferred
• Ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds
• Ability to work at heights and use a ladder
• Must possess valid driver’s license and good driving record

The anticipated pay range for this position is below. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. This position may be eligible for an annual performance bonus.

Pay Range: $53,937 USD - $80,905 USD
