DH Pace Company (Carolina Industrial Systems) seeks experienced Commercial Technicians in Durham and surrounding areas to repair automatic and manual doors, door hardware, and related equipment. Training provided by industry experts, with emphasis on safety and customer service.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year in the door industry, ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and a valid driver's license with a good driving record.

• At least 1 year of experience in commercial/automatic/entry door industry preferred.
• Ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds; work at heights; use a ladder.

Carolina Industrial Systems, a DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking an experienced Commercial Technicians in Durham and the surrounding areas. Employees will be trained by industry experts to perform repairs of automatic doors, manual entry doors, commercial doors and door hardware. Job seekers with a background in construction labor, electrical work, carpentry, installing and servicing products, and mechanic experiences typically do well in this job. What You'll Do

• Repair a wide range of commercial door and door hardware including roll up doors also known as dock doors, dock equipment, high speed rolling doors and commercial entry doors
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services
• Track and maintain job related paperwork and submitting in a timely manner
• Operate in safety conscious manner at all times while performing job duties
• Other duties as assigned

What You Bring

• High School Diploma/GED (preferred)
• At least one (1+) year experience in commercial/automatic/entry door industry preferred
• Ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds
• Ability to work at heights and use a ladder
• Must possess valid driver’s license and good driving record
