Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a detail-oriented Product Manager to lead the Commercial Digital product line for a financial institution. You will own the full lifecycle from ideation to execution, aligning with customer needs and business goals.

You will partner with technology, design, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable digital capabilities. Preference for Jefferson City, MO, with flexibility for other market locations within the footprint.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related discipline is required.
Minimum of 2 years of product management or a banking-related role.
Familiarity with commercial banking and digital servicing/origination journeys.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience in an Agile product development framework.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for Commercial Digital products.
Own end-to-end delivery and performance, coordinating with cross-functional partners.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery.
Prioritize backlog and translate feedback into actionable insights.
Monitor product performance, manage risks, and report progress to leadership.
Collaborate with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Sales to support success.
Foster continuous improvement and coordinate dependencies across teams.
