Job summary

Socket.dev seeks a Product Manager to own the banking product portfolio and drive strategy, roadmap, and delivery across web and mobile experiences. You will partner with the Executive team to translate vision into measurable outcomes while balancing regulatory needs with customer value in a fast-paced fintech environment.

The role requires 5+ years in banking/fintech product management, ownership of product strategy, pricing, and partner management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in banking/fintech.
• Deep understanding of banking products including deposits, lending, cards, and digital banking.
• Proven ability to develop and execute product strategy and roadmaps in a regulated industry.
• Experience conducting competitive analyses and translating insights into product decisions.
• Strong understanding of pricing models, revenue mechanics, and financial drivers.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end banking product roadmap from ideation through launch and iteration.
• Define and prioritize features based on customer needs, goals, regulatory requirements, and feasibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive timely, high-quality product delivery.
• Develop and execute pricing and perk strategies to drive loyalty and revenue.
• Work with Legal, Risk, and Compliance to ensure regulatory adherence.
