• Monitor product performance, identify risks, and regularly report progress to leadership.
• Promote continuous improvement through feedback loops and iterative development.
• Coordinate dependencies across internal and external teams for seamless execution.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Product Manager to join our Commercial Digital team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of digital product solutions that meet the evolving needs of commercial and small business clients, as well as internal partners. You will oversee the full product lifecycle—from ideation and strategy to execution and enhancement—ensuring our offerings deliver measurable value to customers and the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to inform product direction.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog; collaborate with technology, operations, and other cross-functional partners to ensure effective delivery.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, translating feedback into actionable insights and product enhancements.
• Partner with internal stakeholders, including Risk, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Sales, to support product success.
