Job summary

Infosys seeks a Domain Consultant 2 in Pennington, NJ to analyze client payments and digital banking processes, align them with industry standards, and drive API-enabled open banking initiatives. You will benchmark solutions, document configurations, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure scalable deployments.

The role requires strong analytical and coordination skills, experience with payments platforms (MTS, ACH, Pep+), and Agile PO certification.

Qualifications

• Experience in Payments/Digital banking with understanding of Open banking architecture and reusable APIs.
• Experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process.
• Experience and understanding of Payment application (MTS, ACH, Pep+, RDC, Internal Payments).
• Experience with proven Agile capabilities and certified PO.
• Willingness to relocation/travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate benchmarking studies, working with stakeholders to align solution performance with industry standards and domain-specific insights.
• Collaborate with technical teams and document system customizations and configurations, drafting SOPs and workflows that align with functional requirements of the relevant sector.
• Conduct in-depth research on third-party products within the domain, providing comparative analysis of features, costs, and scalability.
• Coordinate the implementation of solutions addressing issues during setup and integration, and support in developing and maintaining SOPs, to ensure system stability and performance post-implementation.

In the assigned Job Role of Domain Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Conduct in-depth research on third-party products within the domain, providing comparative analysis of features, costs, and scalability
• Coordinate the implementation of solutions addressing issues during setup and integration, and support in developing and maintaining SOPs, to ensure system stability and performance post-implementation

Required Skill and Experience

• Experience in the Payments/Digital banking applications with understanding of Open banking architecture and reusable API’s
• Experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process
• Experience and understanding of Payment application (MTS, ACH, Pep+, RDC, Internal Payments)
• Experience with proven Agile capabilities and certified PO

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Experience and understanding of Payments initiated by Retail, Small Business and HNI client through Online Banking application and interface with Payment engine.
• Experience with PI planning, Scrum ceremonies and backlog glomming meetings
• Experience with MVP and backlog prioritization using WSJF technique

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
