Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Domain Consultant 2 for the Financial Services unit, focused on Cash Management, Digital Banking, and Open Banking domains. You will analyze processes, benchmark solutions, and document configurations to ensure scalable, compliant deployments across banking clients.

The role emphasizes product ownership for payments and digital applications, with collaboration across cross‑functional teams to deliver open banking solutions and reliable APIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; three years of progressive experience can substitute for education.
• Experience in Cash Management and Digital Banking domains.
• Open Banking and payments integration experience is required or highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align with banking standards.
• Coordinate benchmarking studies and stakeholders to align performance with domain insights.
• Document system configurations and draft SOPs for financial domain requirements.
• Conduct research on third‑party products and provide cost/feature comparisons.
• Assist with solution implementation, setup, integration, and SOP maintenance post‑implementation.

In the assigned Job Role of Domain Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align them with industry‑specific standards and best practices
• Facilitate benchmarking studies, working with stakeholders to align solution performance with industry standards and domain‑specific insights
• Collaborate with technical teams and document system customizations and configurations, drafting standard operating procedures and workflows that align with functional requirements of the relevant sector
• Conduct in‑depth research on third‑party products within the domain, providing comparative analysis of features, costs, and scalability
• Coordinate the implementation of solutions addressing issues during setup and integration, and support in developing and maintaining SOPs, to ensure system stability and performance post‑implementation

Required Skill And Experience

• Experience in Cash Management, Digital Commercial banking
• Experience working in Digital Cash Management and Open Banking (Corporate, Community banking and Investment Banking) subdomains and experience in payments integration
• Experience as Payments Domain Product Owner

Preferred Skill And Experience

• Experience as Product Owner in the Payments / Digital applications.
• Strong understanding of Open banking architecture and reusable API’s which shall be used across digital channels
• Excellent understanding of Payment application (MTS, ACH, Pep+, RDC, Internal Payments)
• Good understanding of Cash management products like Sweeps, Zero Balancing and Balance reporting

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.

Additional Details

Estimated annual compensation range for candidate based in
Pennington, NJ will be Min - $90,722 to Max $121,524
