About the Role
As Director, Commercial Operations for the Health & Medical Business Unit in the US, you will lead and optimize our Commercial Operations function, driving commercial excellence across four key pillars, Contracting, Commercial Analytics, Pricing and Commercial Training.
As a member of the US Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in enabling profitable growth, improving commercial effectiveness, and supporting data-driven business decisions across the organization.
You will lead an organization of approximately 20–25 employees through four direct reports responsible for Contracting, Commercial Analytics, Pricing, and Commercial Training.
Contracting is a key area of focus within this role, supporting strategic relationships across GPOs, hospital systems, and major healthcare customers.
