Job summary

Hertz is seeking a data-focused professional to drive the development of high-impact data assets and decision tools that power commercial growth in Atlanta. You will own the design of new data sources, implement Databricks, and build Tableau dashboards to surface revenue opportunities for multiple commercial teams.

You will collaborate with business and IT partners to translate requirements into robust data solutions while ensuring data quality and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, etc. or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Data Engineering, Data Management or Data Analysis.
• Experience in enabling AWS technology to support business report user needs.
• Deep Expertise in Python, R, Tableau, Databricks, SAS, SQL, Excel or similar skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development of high-impact data assets and decision tools for commercial growth.
• Lead creation of scalable data products and insights to strengthen premium offerings.
• Partner across business and IT to deliver enterprise-wide data solutions for smarter decisions.
• Improve data quality and evolve commercial reporting to unlock greater value across Hertz.
• Lead design, modeling and creation of new commercial data sources.
• Lead implementation of Databricks for business data analysis & reporting.
• Translate business requirements into usable data solutions with partners.
• Manage existing suite of corporate reports for accuracy and timeliness.
• Design and implement Tableau dashboards to reveal revenue opportunities.
• Communicate complex topics to non-technical audiences and train teams.
