Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a Commercial Performance Analyst I to support the Commercial team with recurring reports, dashboards, Salesforce data management, and pipeline forecasting. This role collaborates with Sales Operations, Business Development, CRM partners, and leadership to ensure accurate, accessible data for decision-making.

The ideal candidate is highly organized with strong attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a business/analytics field.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Office 365 skills.
• Experience with data reporting and CRM platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute recurring commercial performance reports and dashboards.
• Support weekly and monthly pipeline reporting processes.
• Maintain Salesforce data and reporting activities with CRM Admin/COE teams.
• Investigate data discrepancies and coordinate resolution with stakeholders.
• Develop and enhance standard commercial reporting tools and dashboards.
• Support Large Pharma BD team with Salesforce administration and account research.
