Accenture is seeking a Manager in Commercial Banking Consulting focused on business and technology transformation for wholesale lending. You will design operating models, oversee engagement delivery, and drive client value across multiple sectors in the US and Canada.

The role requires strong leadership, client management, and the ability to travel up to 80%. You will work with diverse teams to develop offerings and deliver transformation programs for top financial institutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; five+ years in professional services or consulting.
• Five+ years in commercial credit industry (sales, underwriting, servicing, portfolios).
• Experience delivering nCino or Salesforce projects for commercial lending.
• Strong engagement management and business development capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Support Commercial Credit Transformation programs including operating model and tech implementations.
• Design next generation experiences and platforms for commercial lending clients.
• Manage all project aspects from client buy-in to budgeting and execution.
• Source and coordinate work from other internal teams.
• Develop next-gen wholesale credit technology offerings.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with C-suite clients.
