Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager in Commercial Banking Consulting focused on Business and Technology Transformation within the wholesale lending space. You will lead transformations, design new experiences for commercial lending clients, and drive delivery across programs and client engagements.

As a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, you will shape operating models, oversee planning and budgeting, and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a professional services firm focused on technology or management consulting.
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial credit industry experience (sales, underwriting, closing, servicing, portfolio management).
• Demonstrated experience delivering or consulting on nCino or Salesforce projects for commercial lending.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Support Commercial Credit Transformation programs, including operating model and technology implementations.
• Design next generation experiences and platforms for commercial lending clients.
• Manage all parts of projects from client buy-in to planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Source and coordinate work from other internal workforces.
• Develop next generation wholesale credit technology offerings.
• Become a trusted advisor for C-suite clients solving business problems.
• Drive business development to originate new client opportunities.
• Build reputation as an industry thought leader.
• Travel, as required, up to 80%, in the United States and Canada.
