Accenture is seeking a Manager in its Commercial Banking Consulting practice focused on business and technology transformation for wholesale lending. The role emphasizes leading transformation programs, developing new offerings, and managing client relationships with C-suite executives.

Travel up to 80% in the United States and Canada is required. A Bachelor's degree is required, with bonus points for certification (nCino/Salesforce) and prior experience delivering banking transformation

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a professional services firm in technology or management consulting.
• Minimum of 5 years in commercial credit industry experience.
• Experience delivering a project involving nCino or Salesforce.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Bonus: transformation strategy or operating model design in commercial banking.
• Experience developing relationships with senior client executives.
• Proven track record leading complex engagements across delivery lifecycle.
• nCino or Salesforce certifications.
• Experience with commercial lending platforms.
• Advanced degree or financial industry certification.
• Experience building next-generation analytic capabilities for commercial lending.

Responsibilities

• Support Commercial Credit Transformation programs including operating model and technology implementations.
• Design next generation experiences and platforms for commercial lending clients.
• Manage projects from client buy-in to planning, budgeting, execution.
• Source and coordinate work from other internal teams.
• Develop next-gen wholesale credit technology offerings.
• Advise C-suite clients on critical business problems.
• Drive business development to originate new client opportunities.
• Build reputation as an industry thought leader.
• Travel, up to 80%, in the United States and Canada.
