Qualifications

• 3+ years in a professional services firm focusing on technology or management consulting with engagement management experience.
• 2+ years in commercial credit industry experience (sales, underwriting, closing, servicing, portfolio management).
• Experience with nCino or Salesforce project delivery or consulting in commercial lending.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Support Commercial Credit Transformation programs, including strategy development, operating model changes, and technology implementations.
• Design next-generation experiences and platforms for commercial lending clients.
• Manage project delivery and develop client deliverables/solutions.
• Source and coordinate work from other internal workforces.
• Develop our next-generation Wholesale credit technology offerings.
• Become a trusted advisor for C-suite clients addressing critical business problems.
• Travel up to 80% within the United States and Canada.
