Job summary

Jewett City Savings Bank is seeking a Commercial Credit Intern for Summer 2027. This full-time internship in the Credit Administration department offers hands-on exposure to credit analysis, document preparation, and file management.

You will gather financial information, organize reports, and support loan review, regulators, and loan officers, while updating files in software systems.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a finance-related field with a graduation between Dec 2027 and Jun 2028.
• Must have good analytical skills, be detail oriented, and demonstrate organizational and computer skills.
• Able to use various types of office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties to provide high-level customer service and support a harmonious work environment.
• Assist with soliciting required financial information and reporting requirements.
• Prepare and organize financial credit files with reports, documents, statements and tax returns.
• Assist with gathering materials requested by loan review, audit firms, regulators, and loan staff.
• Update loan files and analyses in physical files and various software programs.
